Dani Zeini is the founder and driving force behind ZFH. His hospitality journey began at Dandenong Pavilion, where he helped transform a suburban family restaurant into a destination recognised across Melbourne.
With an instinct for understanding what guests want and an ability to identify opportunities others may overlook, Dani went on to develop a collection of distinctive hospitality concepts.
His philosophy is grounded in the belief that successful hospitality businesses are built through more than food alone. They require strong people, clear identities, operational discipline and an authentic connection with their customers.
Across every ZFH venture, Dani remains closely connected to the food, branding, operations and guest experience. His vision continues to guide the group into its next chapter.
