The ZFH group had its first start in Dandenong based around its core clientele families. The Dandenong Pavilion started with the intention of becoming the best family restaurant in the area and quickly spread to becoming one of the best family dining venues in Melbourne. Its this commitment to the family core that has allowed us to explore other options in venues and playfully experiment with our products.

The ZFH main passion is the humble burger and we explore this menu offering in many different shapes and forms and will continue to experiment and develop different flavours. We pride ourselves on using the best available produce and freshest ingrediants, we also work very closely with all our suppliers to expand our offerings.
